We run the social media so the owner can run the business.

DIGIZADI is a social media management service for small businesses in Uganda. We produce content, get it approved, and publish it to our clients' TikTok and Instagram accounts on a set schedule.

What we do

Most small business owners know they should be posting daily. Almost none of them have time to. The account goes quiet for three weeks, then gets four posts in one afternoon, then goes quiet again.

We take that off their hands entirely:

• Content production. Carousels, short-form video, and captions made for the business, in its own voice.
• Approval before anything goes out. Clients see every post before it is scheduled. Nothing is published without a yes.
• Scheduled publishing. Approved posts go out on the agreed days and times, through TikTok's and Instagram's official publishing tools.
• A record of what ran. What was posted, where, and when.

How account access works

Clients never give us a password. Accounts are connected through TikTok's and Instagram's own authorisation screens, which grant one specific permission: publishing approved content to that account.

That permission can be withdrawn at any moment from inside the TikTok or Instagram app, without going through us. We publish only to accounts that have authorised us, and only content the account owner has approved.
